How do I invite family members to my workspace?

Go to Settings → Family Members. Send the invitation code to your family members. They can join by entering the code in their Homeflow app during setup.

Why aren't my changes syncing across devices?

Ensure you're connected to the internet and logged into the same family workspace. If issues persist, try logging out and back in, or contact technical support.

How do voice commands work?

Press the voice button and speak clearly and include the action and item (e.g., "Add milk to shopping list"). Voice processing uses Google Gemini AI and supports multiple languages.

Can I use Homeflow offline?

Some features work offline with limited functionality. Your changes will sync when you reconnect to the internet. Voice commands require an internet connection.

How do I enable or disable capabilities?

Go to Settings → Capabilities Manager. Toggle the capabilities your family wants to use. Only enabled capabilities will appear in your navigation.

What's the difference between free and premium?

Free tier supports up to 4 family members with basic features. Premium offers unlimited family members, advanced AI features, priority support, and additional customization options.

How do I cancel my subscription?

Subscriptions are managed through your app store (iOS App Store or Google Play Store). Go to your subscriptions in the app store settings to cancel. Your premium features remain active until the end of your billing period.

Is my family data secure?
